Worthy of the finest churches or movie sets, its flame is perfect: high, intense, even, with no smoke or dripping. This linen-colored candle is made in the Alpilles region, by France's last remaining candle-maker, using the ancestral "à la louche" technique: one by one, attached to a metal hoop, the wicks are coated with hot wax poured by the master candle-maker using a ladle. His gesture must be precise, as the regularity of the church candle depends on it. Here, it's perfect. Ingredients: mineral and vegetable waxes, mineral pigments, cotton (for the wick), time and precision. Sold individually
