HISTORY
It is one of the oldest pottery workshops in Alsace, founded in 1842 in Soufflenheim, where the craft has been passed down through six generations.
Siegfried-Burger’s artisanal expertise has thus endured since its founding, and today the pottery studio produces both traditional pottery and more contemporary pieces.
At La Maison de Commerce were captivated by both traditional and modern culinary techniques, which are used to create dishes made with high-quality ingredients and of rare aesthetic beauty.
