Alice Ricard is an illustrator.
Drawing her graphic identity from the stylized lines of Douanier Rousseau and the decorative flat tints of Japanese prints, she is inspired by nature to imagine poetic flora and fauna.
She loves the exuberance of the living world and the bright gaiety of color.
Her artistic sensibility brings to life a bestiary and vegetation imbued with elegance that can be found on a variety of supports, such as marquetry, wallpaper and wall decorations, as well as in her paintings and illustrations.
