Timeless Pieces 

A legacy of a way of life that still exists in some villages, Romania’s rural heritage remains vibrant, as evidenced by the wide variety of artisanal crafts: ceramics, basket weaving, weaving, egg painting, metalwork, and embroidery.

We have put together a selection of everyday objects inspired by Romanian folklore and crafted using traditional methods: dcushions featuring Hungarian embroidery known as Kalotaszeg embroidery—always monochrome, with traditional motifs, and goose eggs decorated with colored wax, beaded belts or hand-embroidered blouses. 

Each item is an invitation to discover the Romanian way of life and to celebrate the legacy of a vibrant and creative craft tradition.
