Lucie Sotty
HISTORY
A native of Hyères, Lucie Sotty has been immersed in the world of ceramics since childhood. In her studio, she uses various modeling techniques as well as the potter’s wheel to shape each piece by hand. The glazes she carefully selects add depth and texture to create patterns.
She combines all these influences to create unique and imaginative pieces, exploring shapes and vibrant colors. Inspired by nature and art, Lucie Sotty’s ceramics exude a sense of playfulness and joy.
For this exhibition, Lucie had fun creating “you and me” jugs, which were a huge hit.
