Pertti

In his workshop, with the help of his niece, Pertti crafts traditional Finnish boxes made of poplar—called Vakkas—as well as trays. 

This traditional craft is on the verge of disappearing; only Pertti and one other artisan are keeping it alive.

Pertti carefully selects roots and trees from his region to craft his boxes and trays entirely by hand.

Three sizes are available in white or black—there's something for everyone!
