History

Séez, a quaint Savoyard town nestled in the heart of the Tarentaise valley.

It is here, on the banks of the Versoyen torrent, that two brothers, Alexis and Jean-Baptiste, established their workshop in 1817. Savoie is not yet a part of France at this time...

Guided by his Robin Hood hat, he oversees the 24 stages of production for the renowned "Drap de Bonneval," much like other fabrics woven in this locale, ensuring the preservation of this exceptional heritage.

This legacy comprises classified machinery and rare expertise, spanning from the processing of raw fleece sourced from the four surrounding valleys to the creation of the finished product.

The resulting product boasts unique qualities: 100% natural, robust, authentic, with a simple and pure beauty.

It is a product that mirrors the entire mountain essence of the company, as well as those who breathe life into it.
