At La Maison de Commerce, time has a value, which patience and waiting allow you to appreciate even more.

 

This is also why we offer you certain objects shaped at your request, sometimes requiring several weeks of delays, which makes them even more unique…

 

However, at La Maison de Commerce we ourselves are also sometimes constrained by time, in a hurry or even impatient (basically human).

 

This is why we offer objects available immediately, to be reserved instantly and picked up directly from our gallery-store, or to be delivered “standard” or “express”.

 

Delivery Options

 

In-store pickup in our Parisian Gallery-Store: Parisians or passing through Paris, take advantage of your purchases to come and meet us and discover the rest of our collection in our gallery-store at 232 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris (metro rue du Bac) , from Tuesday to Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding public holidays). We will be happy to welcome you there!

 

“Standard” order: Not in a hurry? At La Maison de Commerce, upon receipt of your Order, we process it within 4 working days (*), then it will be delivered to you by the postal services Colissimo with tracking and delivery with signature within 2 to 3 working days anywhere in metropolitan France , and within the usual deadlines for other countries (detailed below).

 

“Express” order: Are you in a hurry? In this case, upon receipt of your Order, we will process it within 2 working days (*), then it will be delivered to you by Chronopost the day after it is dispatched, before 1 p.m. everywhere in France, and within the usual deadlines for the others countries (detailed below). (*Except the closing period, the processing time for your Order by La Maison de Commerce runs from the first working day following the day the order is placed, excluding Mondays. When the order is placed on weekends or public holidays, the processing time runs from the next working day, excluding Monday).    Delivery times and costs At La Maison de Commerce, because we want beauty to be shared, accessible, we are committed to practicing “fair prices”. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect their packages upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person and to immediately notify the carrier and La Maison de Commerce by email info@lamaisondecommerce.com of any anomaly noted (shock, damaged package, delivery date not within normal delivery service times, etc.). In the event that such mentions have not been made on the delivery note presented to the Customer by the carrier, no complaint relating to the condition of the package(s) may be accepted afterwards by La Maison de Commerce. In addition, any anomaly concerning your Order such as missing products, damaged products, products not conforming to the Order, must be notified within fourteen (14) clear days following receipt of the Order, by registered mail to the following address: La Maison de Commerce, 232 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris – France, and by e-mail to info@lamaisondecommerce.com. After this period, except for hidden defects, no complaint will be accepted by La Maison de Commerce, the products then being deemed to be compliant. For any return of non-compliant product(s), the Customer must attach to their package the return form previously completed and printed using the return form sent by La Maison de Commerce by email following its notification of return request. Non-compliant products must be returned in their original packaging, with any accessories allowing them to be sold again, to the following address: La Maison de Commerce, 232 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris – France.La Maison de Commerce suggests that the Customer return their products by registered mail or with additional insurance, guaranteeing them, where applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of spoliation or of loss. In all cases, the return is made at the Customer’s risk. It will be the Customer’s responsibility to keep any proof of return. The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer, who is free to choose the shipping method. In case of incomplete or damaged return, the refund will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the return, when the non-conformity has been noted and confirmed by email to the Customer, La Maison de Commerce will offer him either the replacement of the non-conforming product(s), or the reimbursement of the price of the non-conforming products ( or the price of the products and the delivery costs in the event of an order returned in full) as well as the costs of returning the non-compliant product(s) up to the price list (Colissimo delivery without registered) displayed by Colissimo and Colissimo International on March 1 of the current year, with the exception of taxes and customs duties paid by the Customer upon delivery, at the latest within thirty (30) days of confirmation of the non-compliance by La Maison de Commerce. In the event of abnormal or abusive complaints, La Maison de Commerce may refuse to serve a subsequent Order. Return under the right of withdrawal The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reasons or penalties, with the exception of return costs. This period runs from receipt of the products. When it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. For any return within the framework of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is invited to contact La Maison de Commerce, by the contact form, by e-mail info@lamaisondecommerce.com, or by telephone at +33(0)1 43 21 04 64 which will indicate to the Client the procedures to follow. In all cases, the return is made at the Customer’s risk. It will be the Customer’s responsibility to keep any proof of return. The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer, who is free to choose the shipping method. In case of incomplete or damaged return, the return will not be accepted and the refund cannot be made. Subject to compliance with these conditions, La Maison de Commerce will refund, by crediting the bank card used to place the Order, the price of the returned product(s), or the price of the product(s). s) and delivery costs in the event of an Order returned in full up to the price list (Colissimo delivery without registered letter) displayed by Colissimo and Colissimo International on March 1 of the current year, at the latest within thirty (30) days of receipt of the return by La Maison de Commerce. The products are packaged in such a way as to respect the transport conditions and to ensure optimal protection of the products during their delivery. The Customer is asked to respect these same standards when returning product(s), whether in the event of non-compliance or when returning under the right of withdrawal. In the event of a return of damaged product(s) due to insufficient quality packaging, La Maison de Commerce may decide to reimburse only partially or to refuse to reimburse it in the event of impossibility of resale in the state.Some products, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes products made at the Customer’s request or products whose original packaging has been unsealed, including any food or cosmetic product that has been opened or damaged by the Customer after delivery, because they may not be returned for reasons of hygiene and health.
