This is why we offer certain objects crafted to your request, sometimes requiring several weeks of waiting, which makes them even more unique…
However, at La Maison de Commerce we are also sometimes constrained by time ourselves, rushed or even impatient (human, in short), which is why we offer to ship your purchase by post or by a private carrier, or to come and collect your purchase directly from our gallery-shop.
Delivery Options
Collection from our Parisian Gallery-Shop: Parisians or visitors to Paris, take advantage of your purchases to meet us and discover the rest of our collection in our gallery-shop at 232 boulevard St-Germain, 75007 Paris (metro rue du Bac), Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm (excluding public holidays). We will be delighted to welcome you there!
(*Excluding closure periods, the processing time for your Order by La Maison de Commerce starts on the first working day following the day the order is placed. When the order is placed on weekends or public holidays, the processing time starts on the next working day).

At La Maison de Commerce, because we want beauty to be shared and accessible, we are committed to applying "fair prices". Unfortunately, these "fair prices" do not allow us to cover all of the delivery costs (packaging / shipping costs) for your Orders.

Return Options
Return for non-conformity
The Customer is required to check the conformity of the products received at the time of their delivery. It is the Customer's responsibility to inspect packages upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person and to immediately notify the carrier and La Maison de Commerce by email info@lamaisondecommerce.com of any anomaly observed (shock, damaged package, delivery date not compliant with normal delivery service times, etc.). If such mentions have not been made on the delivery slip presented to the Customer by the carrier, no claim relating to the condition of the package(s) can be accepted retrospectively by La Maison de Commerce.
In addition, any anomaly concerning your Order such as missing products, damaged products, products not conforming to the Order, must be notified within fourteen (14) clear days following receipt of the Order, by registered mail to the following address: La Maison de Commerce, 232 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris – France, and by email to info@lamaisondecommerce.com. After this period, unless there is a hidden defect, no claim will be accepted by La Maison de Commerce, the products then being deemed compliant.
For any return of non-compliant product(s), the Customer must attach to their package the return slip previously completed and printed using the return form sent by La Maison de Commerce by email after their return request notification. Non-compliant products must be returned in their original packaging, with any accessories allowing their re-commercialization, to the following address: La Maison de Commerce, 232 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris – France.
La Maison de Commerce suggests that the Customer return their products by registered mail or with additional insurance, guaranteeing, if applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of spoilage or loss. In all cases, the return is at the Customer's risk. It will be up to the Customer to keep all proof of return. The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer, who is free to choose the shipping method. In the event of an incomplete or damaged return, the refund will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the return, when the non-conformity has been observed and confirmed by email to the Customer, La Maison de Commerce will propose either the replacement of the non-compliant product(s), or the refund of the price of the non-compliant products (or the price of the products and delivery costs in the event of a fully returned order) as well as the return costs of the non-compliant product(s) up to the price list (Colissimo delivery without registered mail) displayed by Colissimo and Colissimo International on March 1st of the current year, with the exception of taxes and customs duties paid by the Customer upon delivery, no later than thirty (30) days from the confirmation of non-conformity by La Maison de Commerce. In the event of abnormal or abusive claims, La Maison de Commerce may refuse to fulfill a subsequent Order.
Return under the right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reasons or penalties, with the exception of return costs. This period runs from the receipt of the products. When it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
For any return under the right of withdrawal, the Customer is invited to contact La Maison de Commerce, via the contact form, by email info@lamaisondecommerce.com, or by phone at +33(0)1 43 21 04 64, which will inform the Customer of the procedures to follow. Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition, with any accessories allowing their re-commercialization, to the following address: La Maison de Commerce, 232 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris – France.
La Maison de Commerce suggests that the Customer return their products by registered mail or with additional insurance, guaranteeing, if applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of spoilage or loss. Subject to compliance with these conditions, La Maison de Commerce will refund, by crediting the bank card used for the Order, the price of the returned product(s), or the price of the product(s) and delivery costs in the event of a fully returned Order up to the price list (Colissimo delivery without registered mail) displayed by Colissimo and Colissimo International on March 1st of the current year, no later than thirty (30) days from the receipt of the return by La Maison de Commerce.
Products are packaged in a way that respects transport conditions and ensures optimal protection of products during delivery. The Customer is asked to observe these same standards when returning product(s), whether due to non-conformity or under the right of withdrawal. In the event of damaged product(s) being returned due to insufficient packaging, La Maison de Commerce may decide to only partially refund or refuse to refund if resale in its current state is impossible.
Certain products, due to their nature, cannot be re-shipped or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This notably includes products made to the Customer's request or products whose original packaging has been unsealed, including any food or cosmetic product that has been opened or damaged by the Customer after delivery, as they cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.
Furthermore, any custom-made product cannot therefore be returned and will remain at the customer's expense.
