Boxwood bechamel spoon
- 23 item left
Thanks to its central hole, this boxwood spoon, hand-carved in Catalonia, is ideal for making your bechamel, as well as your other preparations.
Its central hole has been specially designed by our Catalan craftsman so that the ingredients do not stick to the bottom, and ensures a more homogeneous mixture ( food passes through the central hole, without sticking under the pressure of the spoon).
NB: The wooden utensils should be hand-washed, in hot water with a soft sponge and dishwashing liquid if necessary. Then, they can be wiped quickly, or can be let to dry on a cloth because wood does not like humidity! Microwaves and dishwashers are to be avoided
In order to preserve their natural beauty, feed them from time to time with a colorless vegetable oil, such as grape seed or colza oil (1 to 2 times a year for daily use).
