OUR SKY - Romanians, a peaceful people of shepherds and agricultors, needed the starry sky to find their way through time and space. So they created their own representation of the stars, in strong connection to their identity, life and beliefs.

ROMANIAN WINE - Wine has been an integral part of Romanian culture for centuries, weaving its way into the fabric of everyday life. Many Romanian households produce their own wine as a form of cultural expression and the process is a testament to the craftsmanship and deep-rooted connection to nature that our ancestors cherished.

GIRL FROM ARGES, NEAMȚ OR PĂDUREANCA - The traditional costume of Romania is like a hand with multiple fingerprints - every region of the country has its own distinctive style and embroidery. This illustration is inspired by a spectacular shirt and skirt ensemble from Argeș, Neamț or Ținutul Pădurenilor county.

MAP OF ROMANIA - Some of the most beautiful places in Romania, seen through the eyes and heart of someone who will never forget the magic of this land.

ROMANIAN SHIRTS - A traditional Romanian shirt is like a fingerprint: there are no two alike. Women used to embroider them with a distinctive sequence of patterns depending on the geographic area they came from, sewing their stories and beliefs into each garment.

THE FIR CHURCH - An old Romanian custom tells how young girls would run away from home and marry shepherds, against their parents will. The ceremony would be officiated in the heart of a fir forest, with God, the trees and the stars as the only witnesses.
