Just for you, La Coutellerie is reissuing this iconic regional knife, the “Queue de carpe,” bringing together the best of its craftsmanship: its blade, made of rust-resistant steel for a modern touch, is forged from French steel and secured by a brass locking ferrule; its handle is carved in the “carp tail” style from boxwood with a glossy finish, decorated with its legendary pyrographed dots and “flies.”
