In Solsona, in the Catalan Pyrenees, traditional knives have been made for five centuries. As it happens, that’s where our knife maker David’s workshop is located.
Here, each blade—like those on these knives—is forged and sharpened by hand according to tradition, using stainless steel for a modern touch.
The boxwood handle of these knives will provide a smooth, comfortable feel every time you use them, whether as a kitchen knife or a table knife.
Note: To preserve its beauty, we recommend that you do not put your boxwood item in the dishwasher.
