Placed on a coffee table or as a centerpiece, these large wooden bowls catch the eye with their soft, soothing shapes. Their organic curves and natural tones bring a sense of calm to the home.
In Madrid, Pablo Yubero works with wood as if it were a living material. Coming from a family with ties to cabinetmaking, he grew up surrounded by wood shavings, tools, and the scent of freshly cut wood. Influenced by Japanese forms and simple balances, he turns, sands, and oils each piece by hand to reveal the material’s natural variations rather than hide them. Here, no sculpture strives for perfection: each piece retains its irregularities, its grain, and its own rhythm.
The large bowls are available in ash or walnut and are one-of-a-kind pieces.
The finishes are achieved using oil alone, without any chemical processes.
