Placed on the floor, on a console table, or near a fireplace, these large wooden sculptures catch the eye with their soft, serene forms. Their organic curves and natural tones bring a sense of calm to the home.
In Madrid, Pablo Yubero works with wood as if it were a living material. Coming from a family with ties to cabinetmaking, he grew up surrounded by wood shavings, tools, and the scent of freshly cut wood. Influenced by Japanese forms and simple balances, he turns, sands, and oils each piece by hand to reveal the material’s natural variations rather than hide them. Here, no sculpture strives for perfection: each piece retains its irregularities, its grain, and its own rhythm.
The sculptures are made of iroko wood. Each model is unique.
The finishes are achieved using oil alone, without any chemical processes.
