Pablo Yubero is a woodworker and artist based in the La Paloma neighborhood of Madrid, where he grew up. Deeply connected to nature, he has developed an artisanal approach in opposition to mass production, seeking harmony in form with particular attention paid to the material itself, as well as to the textures and colors of wood.
He works with both local and exotic woods, selected for their grain and unique qualities. From his home, alongside his family, he shapes each piece using his own tools, following a slow and handcrafted production process. The finishes are made exclusively with oil, without any chemical treatments.
Each work is unique, as he never seeks to reproduce a technique or form exactly. His sculptures, particularly his totem and droplet forms, are directly inspired by natural elements, trees, rain, and organic shapes. Strongly influenced by Japan and its aesthetic, Pablo favors free and organic lines over strict geometry.
