Small plate with a straight rim, hand-turned from walnut wood in Savoie.
Thanks to its straight rim, this small plate is ideal for serving your children’s meals and preventing culinary “spills”… But it also makes a perfect little trinket tray for a creative repurposing ;-)
Sturdy and durable, it will serve both little ones and older kids for decades.
Note: Wooden tableware should be washed by hand in warm water with a soft sponge and dish soap if necessary. Then, dry it quickly or let it air dry on a dish towel, as wood doesn’t like moisture! Avoid using the microwave or dishwasher.
To preserve its natural beauty, treat it from time to time with a colorless, food-grade vegetable oil, such as grapeseed or canola oil (1–2 times a year for an item used daily).
