Marta and Juan have been weaving a better future since 1983: the workshop trains and employs weavers with intellectual disabilities and promotes more responsible consumption through exceptional products. Take this throw, for example, made from the finest quality cashmere wool sourced from a cooperative of nomadic herders in Mongolia. Its softness is unmatched. Its weave features details that can only be achieved by hand, such as these contrasting borders with subtle colors and “perfect imperfection.” Available in 5 colors: beige with light turquoise and brown/copper borders; blue-gray with terracotta and charcoal gray borders; dark turquoise with white and dark gray borders; and charcoal gray with copper and blue-gray borders. P.S.: Did you know? Cashmere loves water! So you can wash your throw yourself—either by hand in cold water or in the washing machine on a gentle cycle.
