In Solsona, in the Catalan Pyrenees, traditional knives have been produced for five centuries. Which is great: this is where our cutler David’s workshop is located.
Here, each blade, like the one on this kitchen knife, is forged and sharpened by hand according to tradition, in stainless steel for modernity!
