A traditional Romanian custom: eggs are usually given as gifts during Orthodox Easter.
Called "incondeiate" ((decorated with a quill), these goose eggs are decorated using a technique found in various cultures.
After being emptied and washed, they are painted with wax and decorated with colorful patterns.
