This white bowl with organic forms plays gently with material, textures, and relief. Hand-shaped and hand-decorated, it brings together ceramic with textile elements and beads. White, worked through its nuances and irregularities, allows light to glide across the surface and reveals the full richness of its texture, making each bowl a unique piece.
In Anna Westerlund’s Lisbon workshop, ceramics are built like a landscape. Founded in 2013, the studio is a place where drawing and painting meet, where the hand embraces the unexpected, and where each piece finds its form through a slow search for balance. Here, mistakes are never erased: they become material, relief, and singularity.
Conceived as an everyday object as much as a small sculpture, this bowl finds its place on a table, a shelf, or a console, bringing a soft presence to the space it inhabits.
