A very chic “caviar spreader”—or, more simply, a small butter knife—made of horn (*) and carved by England’s finest cutlery artisans. A gourmet’s secret: unlike metal, which should be avoided in such cases, horn preserves the flavor of even the most delicate foods, such as caviar. We figure this also applies to the butter on our breakfast toast ;-) P.S.: Unlimited “warranty,” provided you don’t put your horn item in the dishwasher.
