Whether placed on a shelf, a console table, or as a centerpiece, this iroko wood vase catches the eye with its soft, understated shapes. Its organic curves and natural tones bring a sense of calm to the home.
In Madrid, Pablo Yubero works with wood as if it were a living material. Coming from a family with a background in cabinetmaking, he grew up surrounded by wood shavings, tools, and the scent of freshly cut wood. Influenced by Japanese forms and simple balances, he turns, sands, and oils each piece by hand to reveal the material’s natural variations rather than hide them. Here, no sculpture strives for perfection: each piece retains its irregularities, its grain, and its own unique rhythm.
The vase is made of iroko wood and is a one-of-a-kind piece.
The finishes are applied using only oil, without any chemical processes.
