This piece is part of the Valsaín collection, created as a tribute to the Valsaín Forest, located near the factory. For centuries, pine trees have played an essential role in the history of the Spanish Crystal Factory, providing the fuel needed for the furnaces and for crystal production. The crystal is blown into a mold made from a pine trunk. The wood retains traces left by natural elements—from the trunk to plants and insects—which are transferred into the glass during the blowing process. The vase thus preserves the memory of the forest directly within the crystal.
Since everything is handmade, all our items are one-of-a-kind, even those produced in small batches.
