The Cider Pint is a handcrafted piece of glazed stoneware , handcrafted in Burgundy, France, by a traditional manufacturer.
Inspired by traditional pitchers used in Western France in the 18th and 19th centuries , it features an elegant silhouette with a wide spout . Depending on the region, it was used to contain cider or wine , depending on local production .
The Cider Pint can be used as a carafe for water, wine, or fruit juice, or as a vase for fresh or dried flowers. Its robustness makes it suitable for everyday use, and its authenticity brings a touch of old-world charm to your table.
Know-how
The French manufacturer perpetuates artisanal know - how by shaping stoneware objects from mineral materials . Each piece , molded and enameled by hand , is fired at 1250 ° C to guarantee solidity and watertightness .
