This candlestick tassel is cast in “gold” wax in the Alpilles by the last remaining French candle-making workshop, which was founded in the mid-19th century in a small village where the White Fathers made candles for the Church.
Thanks to the high quality of the mineral pigments blended with wax, the gold is both rich and matte—a supremely elegant accent for a doorknob, an antique cabinet key, your festive and everyday tables, or even your Christmas trees.
