A very chic “caviar spreader”—or, more simply, a small butter knife—made of horn (*) and carved by England’s finest cutlery artisans. A gourmet’s secret: unlike metal, which should be avoided in such cases, horn preserves the flavor of even the most delicate foods, such as caviar.
