Founded in 1719, the Verrerie Historique de Majorque is one of Europe’s oldest families of master glassmakers. For more than three centuries, its craftsmanship has been passed down from generation to generation. Each piece is mouth-blown, through a precise interplay between fire, air, and molten glass. The colors, crafted right in the workshop according to family recipes, are an integral part of its identity. The Galatzó vase is created by master glassmakers José and Rosa Jaume. The brother and sister have been working together for several years, carrying on a precise and demanding craft.
