Entirely glazed in white, this planter—shaped like a Sicilian head crowned with vine leaves—evokes both ancient sculpture and an everyday object. Whether used as a planter, a vase, or simply a decorative piece, it fits naturally on a shelf, a coffee table, or a windowsill. Its presence is both striking and soothing, bringing an elegant and timeless Mediterranean touch to any interior.
Born of expertise passed down through generations in the heart of Sicily, this planter is made in Santo Stefano di Camastra, in a family-run workshop that has been shaping local clay for over three centuries. The glazes are prepared on-site according to traditional recipes, continuing an internationally recognized ceramic tradition. Today, our artisan partner carries on his grandfather’s legacy, crafting these Sicilian heads into pieces that are both decorative and symbolic, designed to stand the test of time.
The vine-leaf design, a symbol of vitality, nature, and abundance, lends this piece a unique strength. Timeless in design, this planter embodies the balance between tradition and modernity, and stands out as a distinctive piece capable of defining a space while infusing it with warmth and authenticity.
