The large “Grenade” ceramic platter features the botanical motifs and characteristic colors of the Granada tradition. Its traditional design, inspired by Andalusian decorative heritage, adds a splash of color to the table. Thanks to its generous size, it’s perfect for serving dishes meant to be shared and for setting a table where the ceramic itself becomes a decorative element.
Based in Granada, Spain, the Los Arrayanes workshop has been carrying on the art of Granada ceramics since 1988, an art form whose origins date back to the Nasrid tradition, which flourished between the 12th and 15th centuries. Trained by master ceramist Agustín Morales Alguacil, the artisans shape the clay, apply glazes, and create designs using traditional methods passed down through generations.
This large ceramic dish is perfect for serving fruit or dishes to share. Whether placed in the center of the table or used as a decorative piece, it bridges the gap between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary uses.
The large Grenade dish is available in several colors: blue, green, and dusty pink.
